New half day training course on the changes to the GPDO

An Order comes into force on 1st October 2008 which significantly amends the current permitted development regime for householders.

Charisma is offering a practical half day seminar to help professionals to get to grips with the new changes. This course will run through the main changes and the reasons behind those changes, help to interpret the new regulations and talk through practical examples of what the changes mean in practice on the ground. In addition there will be plenty of opportunity for participants to ask questions and bring along case studies.

The course can be delivered for planning professionals, technical support staff or Councillors.

It can be delivered at your Offices or at an external venue at a time to suit you including evening sessions and weekends. We can be as flexible as you need us to be and are happy to run back to back sessions for small numbers of staff or to dovetail a session for Officers with one for Councillors to follow.

Courses will be run by experienced planning and legal professionals who face similar queries on a day to day basis.

Fees for the course start from around £60 per delegate for in-house training depending on venue, timing and numbers.
