Significant Changes to Permitted Development for Householders
A new permitted development regime for householders will come into force on 1 October 2008. There are significant changes to the existing legislation and this will affect whether some extensions, outbuildings and alterations to roofs on houses will require a planning application to be submitted or not. Charisma is ideally placed to advise householders wanting to know what they can do to their homes without applying for planning permission under the new system. If you would like advice on whether your ideas will require the submission of a planning application or not or perhaps you would like to see if previous refusals of planning permission may now fall within the new regime, please contact us.
