I began my career at Chelmsford Borough Council in Essex. After quite a few years in development control, I moved into the policy team working on the local plan. Four years ago I set up Charisma with Clive. My current projects include a proposal for a sustainable family house, appeals and developing training for local authorities on spatial planning and inclusive design and accessibility.

Clive Hollyman BA (Hons) MRTPI MCIM

I have over 35 years experience in the public sector. After working in London at Haringey, the Docklands Development Corporation and Barnet, I was Head of Planning at Chelmsford Borough Council for 12 years. I am currently working on a proposal for a care village for the frail elderly, the re-use of a redundant town centre department store for commercial, leisure, restaurants and bars and assessing the development potential of an old factory site.
